Acceptable Use

Effective September 5, 2026

Tracepoint exists for one thing: finding property owners and reaching them about a real-estate deal. This page is the short version of what that does and doesn’t cover — the full obligations are in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Use it for

  • Skip tracing property owners for wholesale, cash-buyer, or agent outreach;
  • Calling, texting, and emailing leads about buying, selling, or wholesaling real estate through your own registered Twilio, GoHighLevel, Resend, or Brevo account;
  • Keeping your pipeline, contacts, and deal history in the CRM.

Don’t use it for

  • Anything other than real-estate marketing outreach — this is not a general-purpose people-search or skip-tracing tool for unrelated use;
  • Stalking, harassment, or locating a specific person for any reason other than a property transaction;
  • Reselling, republishing, or bulk-exporting skip-trace results as a data product of your own;
  • Sending SMS or making calls before your own A2P 10DLC registration is in place, or after your carrier has flagged or suspended your number;
  • Contacting anyone who has opted out through Tracepoint’s permanent suppression list, on any channel, through this product or any other;
  • Sharing your login, or your connected Twilio, GoHighLevel, Resend, or Brevo credentials, with anyone outside your own team.

What happens if this is broken

An account used outside these terms can be deactivated. Since access is granted manually and there is no self-serve signup, this is a conversation, not an automated ban — reach out to Fadi directly if something here doesn’t match how you’re using it.
